I accept, agree and understand that I am fully responsible for my progress and results from my participation and that To be or not to act, Inc. and its representatives offer no guarantees verbally or in writing regarding my well-being of any kind.

I understand that To be or not to act, Inc. will record any and all workshops. For example, Zoom group coaching sessions will be recorded and posted online afterwards in the program’s private Facebook Group as well as inside program areas. I hereby give To be or not to act, Inc. permission to utilize any video recordings taken during said workshops in connection with its business operations.

THE ACTORS REHAB

The ACTOR’S REHAB™ comes with a 3 day money back guarantee. However, in order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you’ve kept up with all the work and participated fully in the program, to [email protected] before 11.59PT on day 3. If you enroll in The ACTORS REHAB™, you are agreeing to this refund policy.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

Your completed workbook, for each day.
Screenshots of your daily sharings in the Facebook Group, coaching questions and support needs for Jo and her team).

In addition, we must see proof in our internal systems (Thinkific & Facebook) that you have:

Watched ALL of the training videos included in the course.
Participated inside the Facebook group

If you request a refund and do not include proof of ALL your completed work by the third day, you will not be granted a refund. We will NOT provide refunds more than 4 days following the date of purchase.

After DAY 3, all payments are non-refundable.

You understand that these are the only circumstances where refunds will be given.

This group is for committed actors only, and we want you to be accountable so that you can become fully purposeful. Therefore, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for completing your monthly payment plan regardless of your level of participation.

This is a Non-refundable 1 year membership, with a 6 month commitment at a time.

This is a membership not a program and it is for engaged Actors only. If you are a member you are committing to be accountable so that you can become fully responsible for your career. Therefore, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for completing your 6 monthly membership payments regardless of your level of participation.

However, in order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you’ve kept up with all the work and participated fully in the course, to [email protected] within 22 days of purchase. If you enroll in The 21-Day Emotional Reset, you are agreeing to this 22-day refund policy.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

Your completed tracking documents for every week of the course.
Your completed homework, included in every module.
Screenshots of your requested course uploads to the Facebook Group.

If you request a refund and do not include proof of ALL your completed coursework by the 22nd day, you will not be granted a refund. We will NOT provide refunds more than 22 days following the date of purchase.

After DAY 22, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment of the tuition fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
